1. Beta program participation

nested is currently in beta. As such:

• You may encounter bugs, incomplete features, or outages.
• Features may be added, removed, or changed without notice.
• Your feedback is crucial and may be used to improve the product.
• You acknowledge that the Platform is provided "as-is" during this phase.

2. Access and use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use nested solely for its intended purpose: creating your own fractional services and offers to be sent to prospective clients and partners.

You agree not to misuse the Platform or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

3. Access during beta

Access to the nested platform is free and certain features are offered for a fee. We plan to review and may potentially change our pricing structure in the future. We will notify users in advance before any fees are introduced or altered and allow time to review and accept new pricing terms.

4. User data and privacy

We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes information you provide, such as meeting content, attendee information, and communication preferences.

5. Availability and support

While we strive for reliability, the Platform may be unavailable from time to time. Support is offered on a best-effort basis during beta and may be limited in scope.

6. Communications

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to receive email and SMS communications from us. These may include meeting invitations, updates, reminders, product announcements, or service notifications.

You can manage your communication preferences in your account settings. Opting out of certain messages may impact your experience or access to some features.

7. Feedback

By submitting any feedback or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback into the Platform or related services without restriction or compensation.

8. No warranties

The Platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.
